Here is F1001, the newly completed demonstrator, in the only full color photo we have of this rig, shot by professional photographer Dick Whittington at an unknown location, probably not far from the Crown Factory in Los Angeles. Crown used the color image in fliers and color ads, which were expensive to print in the early 1950s.
